It starts in Brooklyn New York on the evening of 1991, where a mother standing with her daughter is shot on the platform. her husband is a co. ten years later. Tyler is breaking away from his friends. tyler after a night out now breaks up a street gang fight The NYPD will be called will Tyler and his friend get released or thrown in the pound. Tyler now beats up a cop and is thrown in the pound. Can Tyler sort out his problems, will he find love? Will Tyler’s friend talk Tyler in to getting back at the cop who arrested him by dating his daughter or will he fall in love with her and getting him back won’t be the main goal? Ally tells Tyler she’s 19 then he finds out she’s really 21, legally allowed to drink in the USA. Ally lives in Queens with her dad who is one of New York’s finest that’s right his a COP. Tyler has a sister but his the black sheep on the family. Ally and Tyler are hanging in there flat. Are they falling for eachother?Ally father is over reacting and is now calling out his PD to help them look for Ally. Ally wakes up and makes a run for the front door, her dad is already up. Now Ally is fighting with her father over Tyler now Ally got hit on the face by her dad, Ally was that girl on the platform I think, It started in 1991, ten years on means its set in 2001. Soon the circumstances that brought them together and going to threaten to tear them apart, will Ally’s dad find out who Ally is seeing, how far can a relationship go between these two, one that started as a bad joke will it be something more and can it work? In the sense of things it was a payback relationship, but did he fall for her. Will Tyler’s dad stand them up? Tyler’s dad never showed up to his sisters art show thing and now he completely snaps and fights with Ally and his dad. Now Tyler fights with his dad in his office and they almost enter in a punch on. Ally and Tyler now break up as she finds out it was only a game. Tyler sister had some trouble at a party. Tyler now snaps at a bully that picks on his sister in the classroom and breaks a window. Tyler was back in trouble again, he must feel like he spends a lifetime in the holds. Will Tyler’s & Caroline’s dad get a wake up call and start to care. It ends on a sad note with Tyler that’s all I’ve got to say I won’t spoil it any more.

Overall: 6.0/10

Conclusion: there’s a whole of a heartbreak in this movie it’s more than likely more suited as a chick flick so to speak. It’s under romance in most dvd stores. Emillie de Ravin is a nice touch to a already gripping and touching cast of Remember Me. It focus’s a lot on the death of Ally’s mother and Tyler’s brother, Tyler is betrayed by Robert Pattinson better known for his roles in the Twilight movies. It’s a sad movie but it will keep your interested for most of the movie which is a good thing you always need something to you keep your interests up. It’s more aimed as a chick flick, but it’s a tad to long for my liking and it is well acted I didn’t feel it was unique like the actors stood out but the story itself really didn’t stand out that’s my feeling anyway, I only picked it up as it was set in New York. I’m only giving a 6.5. It just didn’t fly with me very well.
