90210 – The First series.
(This is a limited review with no direct series over view, I've decided not to blurgs/overviews of series due to they are too long for a lot of my readers)
Overall – 8/10
Will I watch this again? Some episodes yes but I don’t see myself sitting down watching the whole series over
Conclusion: This is extremely well written and is set in what some would refer as America’s most popular zip code after the BH 90210. Never saw the original so I’m not comparing nor juding on the original drama.
This is extremely well acted out with various actors and series regulars who are well known the stories are easy for college kids to relate to. However some of the relationships are a tad over rated in mind and over played which kills the interest for the viewers. Which I find extremely annoying.
However I do like the tension and relationship between Ryan and Kellie that’s extremely well written especially on how it ends up playing out during the first series. Annie is extremely well acted the same Dixon, I overall am pleased with the show but my main let down is explained below.
The main let down for me in the music I’ve heard a lot of older tunes not modern stuff for the time it was set/produced so to speak, I’ve heard a few veronica songs during the production and the songs are something that takes my interest in a series I believe the songs could have been picked a bit more hence my down grade in the ratings for the first series that’s why I’ve knocked two off the top of it.
