Veronica Mars – Series 1 – Review.


Something abit different for me, I only picked it up because of the fact that Enrico Colantoni from the canadian show Flashpoint is in this show.

Enrico Colantoni plays Veronica's Father, Keith Mars he use to be the town's local sherif but one night, one death, one close call ended it all for Keith Mars, His wife walked out on him and Veronica and Veronica attempts to get justice for her Friend Lilly Kane and won't rest until the real killer is behind bars.

Veronica use to date Lily's brother Duncan Kane, Duncan's dad was the one that Keith had pinned for the murder of Lily his own daughter, but who's right? Can Veronica just on a year on solve this case? Veronica cuts corners and breaks all the rules and uses all the tools to put justice behind bars.

Veronica is a PI working for her dad's PI company called Mars Investigations, they'll investigate any thing and they'll even dig up dirt on your own parents and they chase down bail jumpers and all.


Neptune High where Veronica meets Wallace a friend in deed that Veronica can use at times. This town has the local sherif's, the rich kids, the poorer who work for the rich kids, the PI company, A software company and more. Everything happens in this town.

There is nothing Veronica won't do to get justice in the murder of Lily Kane, even if it means lying and getting in to a jail, Veronica is demanding answers this whole series.

Overall: 8/10

Conclusion:

Great plot some thing different it lacks the action I am use to. I am one of those guys that loves the fast paced action shows, this is kinda laid back like Law & Order (Originals not spin offs.). The first three or four episodes kinda of had me thinking there needs to be something to more to this show, actually now I am quite hooked on the show and have ordered the final two seasons from my mates at amazon.com.

Each Episode has flashbacks to the past, each episode peels of layers of Veronica's past, Keith's past, Duncan's past and also times with Lily Kane (Deceased person) which is kinda of like Flashpoint in a sense so I am fairly happy the writers have done a great job, a story that follows on in every episode but new stories developing every episode so job well done in my mind.

Rescue Special Ops - Season 3, and the final.



Michelle forces Heidi to abort the mission of a rescue because of lifeblood. Dean and the team fight with LifeBlood, LifeBlood is a private mine rescue team (Now branching in to rescue), what are they even doing in Sydney?  Cam Jackson is 27 and the LifeBlood unit leader and is hitting on Lara, or is he trying to hire her? Cam tells Dean to watch and learn pop. Vince isn’t happy about lifeblood but who is.  Michelle’s plans is to have RESCUE take the limelight, and not let Hayden Bradley take the limelight.

Will the minister give the copter service to Lifeblood and take it away from rescue? Vince and Heidi buy pizza and beer for the lifeblood guys on the top of the cliff is there a secondary motive for generousness of the RESCUE team? What is on that phone that every one is trying so hard to get? Some one took the phone from Lara’s tent let’s go RESCUE!  Lara falls.  Rescue loses the copter compartment of there team. A skater holding on to the back of the cars and  trucks cause a accident now they’ve for a finical advisor on there back, he name is Tyler.  Tyler is now saying he will sue RESCUE spec. Ops. Lara meets Cam for some free-styling.

Tyler Bradshaw is on the roof on rescue spec. ops HQ. Dean finds out that Lara has been meeting with Cam. After a major crash can the female girl live? Chase and Jordan and the crew will need to race to save this girls life if they can. If lifeblood wasn’t on another job could they have saved her?  Lara reveals to Dean, that Hamish sent her a ticket to meet him in London.  Now Jordan and Chase are at a paintball range and are now under fire. Will is back at the scene looking for a back pack, something is up with Will! Some is out of place with Will and now her sister is there, I think something is up it’s certainly all suss!

Now there’s a MVA in Will Pike’s front yard,  Rescue teams have been called to rescue Will.  Heidi goes and works for lifeblood, as a copter pilot.  Cam tells Dean that Lara and Hamish  separated. Michelle isn’t happy that Heidi went over to work for Lifeblood. But is able Heidi able to work for both? Is Chase getting hooked on drugs? Lara meets Cam for dinner.  Now they are dealing with someone that has multi-personality disorder. Two of Life Blood’s workers are injured and now need rescue to help them out of a tight spot.

Chase’s shoulder starts effecting him on the job. Now Michelle has a public interest piece on Rescue Special Ops.  Vince got drunk with Hayden bradley and got his gear off. Freya, Jordan’s GF has some troubles of her own. Lara starts sleeping with Cam, so literally sleep with the enemy. Jordan gets in to some close quarters combat, it sounds like in a phone call to dean that jordan is getting his ass kick, Vince and the crew are forced to go and assist Jordan. Chase almost kills Jordan. Vince is back in the field and Chase is stuck to answering phones. Is Vince toying with Chase? Lara is locked in a chemical storage unit, can the team find her and save her? 

Lara is crawling through a fan vent in a attempt to save her own life. With Lara still missing they’ve got a bomb set to go off.  Can Rescue save every one in time? Or can Vince disarm the bomb? I never knew rescue did kidnap rescues as well, if you didn’t know they do now. Chase is back in the field working. Is something more suss than it seems? A guy with a missing hand, Heidi & Jordan & Lara are looking for a missing hand. Thrill-seek where involved in a faked kidnapping.
 Cam and Lara’s date goes south, and then Cam suggests to Vince, wouldn’t 3 teams be better?  Vince tell Cam there is a spare uniform in the back of the van, therefore we see Cam in RESCUE blue suits him better than lifeblood red!  This is all about a game designer wanting to get her game out of freeware instead of selling it on the market. What are they going to see now? the bird that hit the window that scared the workers is actually a window washer! BOO-YAH BOYS! talk about a major office romance gone wrong. now they find 2 more climbers. They are free climbers. Shit Cam was one of the free climbers.

Lara attempts to end it with Cam. This  free climber rescue second time running couldn’t go more wrong if it tried with Dean and Cam make it? Will Cam die?  or Will he live but barely clinging on to life. Michelle turns up to a empty rescue office, some one has broken in and Michelle takes after them on foot. Since  Cam and Dean made that decision to cut the rope, Dean & Lara are ready to kill each other. The guy who broke in to rescues office called Dean the assassin, Cam will never walk again, but is there hope.

Jordan is stepped up as a acting team leader.  Jordan crashes his patrol.  Are Life-Blood under investigation? Is that why some one broke in to rescue special ops command?  Michelle and Ian fight over life-blood and the break in. Heidi is having  copter troubles. Michelle decides to leave Rescue.  Michelle and Ian spilt up. They are losing a engine in the copter, they are having some major copter trouble, they are going down and quick.  Cam breaks up with Lara.

The whole teams need to search for Jordan & Heidi, can they find them before dark and will they keep searching even through the dark? Jordan & Heidi share their feelings. Michelle decides to stay with RESCUE.  Now they’ve got a rolled bus, the rescue team have to rescue the bus load of people not to mention it’s prison transport bus.

  Senior Constable Zoe Hume comes as one of the first Police back up to the scene of the prisoner transport bus.  Is one of the prison guards is acting strange, is he the reason the bus rolled? Now they’ve got some prisoners who have escaped from the scene of the crash.  Now Jordan has a gun pointed on him by one of the escaped prisoners! SPG is State Protection Group is mad at rescue, and Senior Constable Zoe Hume has been shot.   The prison guard was in on it. Dean was shot down by Zoe Hume. Rescue are doing training on the dunes.

They see a fire have they got a real rescue during a rescue activity.  Dealing with a father as well treating Shaun is all in a days work for the rescue squad. Now Mr Cooper has attacked Chase.  Zoe turns up at another scene of rescue’s, is there something more to her turning up? Dean confronts Mr. Cooper when he is armed with a shotgun. Katie, Vince’s daughter appears in one of the episodes.  Love is in the air, there’s certainly putting something in the water @ rescue, Dean with Zoe, Heidi-Ho with Jordan. Lachie, Dean & Chase’s other brother turn up in to the picture. A plane has gone down in a containing yard, with a massive explosion RESCUE is going to have a bucket load of hassles with this one.

Vince is back in the field. Lachie is trained by the SAS, at Campbell Barracks. What’s the go will Lachie join Rescue? They’ve been ordered to go in to HAZMAT protocol for a unknown toxin.  Man rescue are doing it tough at the moment, their missions have never been so dangerous.  Now Dean finds out that Lachie is getting married, but too who, they haven’t even met her before the wedding this isn’t cool! Zoe has a young son.

  Jordan has a accident during a rescue.  Will Jordan die or can Heidi save him at the last moment? Lara and Heidi have been asked  hightail some bikers that can’t be good for their patrol, now they have a full scale rescue operation, Fire out front of rescue and Vince and Michelle are thinking of putting Lachie on the pay roll at rescue special ops. Now the rescue crew have been attacked at their own office by the plagues.  Jordan and Heidi go official, Chase claims he didn’t see that coming, Vince said I did I saw them in the shower together!

Now the team have a rescue involving storm chasers? This rescue is getting mighty dangerous mighty quick as Jordan falls over the edge of a cliff? Michelle  has lost contact with all the units in the field, but Jordan is safe. Okay now Vince and the team have a tornado right in the war path of where they are!! that’s not good at all! Lachie doesn’t get along with Vinnie, he needs to call him Vince, not Vinnie.  The rescue teams are forced to deliver a baby under extreme conditions, a job well done rescue. Will Dean call Zoe?

Lara has a blind date, with some one.  Now things are even getting worst a rescue at a museum I’m kind of thinking this isn’t what they where planning for, Zoe’s 9 year old son is hanging with Dean for the guy on his day off and they are playing the Nintendo Wii. Zoe’s nine year old is called Noah, Lachie got him self arrested. Noah walked off on Dean, while Dean is at a rescue operation on his day off with no thanks to Lachie.

Now it appears the accident at the the car crash at the museum turned out that the lady was shot! there appears to be a lot more happening here than rescue know, and Noah is on the loose.  If Zoe finds out what happened with Noah at the museum that could end their relationship, or will Noah keep silent, or did Zoe already find out?  Chase and Dean go back in defying orders, Dean & Chase tell Vince to put them on report. Dean has to break Noah out of a locked door area, Is the shooter closing in on Dean & Noah? Can Lachie make a tactical non lethal take down?

A rescue is very close to Vince, and Vince calls in Dean & Lara. Vince overrules Michelle and now they are fighting over communication radio. Lara instructs Dean to tell Zoe how he feels. Dean tells Zoe how he feels but did she choose her EX? Lara is always picking up the pieces around Dean.  Now a school year 12 break up, a deck collapsed, many trapped wounded and badly hurt, Rescue has there work cut out for them again.

Dean is forced to remove a kids arm, something that Dean isn’t trained for he has a surgeon to talk him through via phone that’s all Dean has, nor does he have the tools to pull it off, does he have the balls to do it? Dean did it! Chase’s trailer is missing with all his gear, Chase and Lara are now suspended from active duty pending a police enquiries in to the removal of the kids arm.  Chase does a strip. 

Now they got a missing person now the person’s car is driving away from rescue.  But the driver was a teenage girl, the girls name was Brittany. Now the Lachie uses vince’s phone and sends a message to Vince’s ex.  It’s now brought to RESCUE’s attention that simon has his kids with him. Now Brittany stabs her mother. Dean in the pursuit of Brittany loses his portable radio, Lachie can’t make communication with Rescue portable 1, Dean.  Dean finds Simon while looking for Brittany. Can Brittany help dean find the kids?

Jordan is going to ask Heidi to marry him, but Heidi ends up ending it. The Gallagher’s  have a morning run along the beach but will trouble find them & will they need to use their rescue skills? Now Lachie breaks in to a apartment to assist a kitesurfer who got stuck on a roof. Dean, Chase & Lachie go above and beyond the call of the duty. Kim is hitting on Jordan.  Lachie has been grabbed by some people in suites.

 Now Lachie has a foot pursuit on his hands and Chase and Dean are chasing after the guys chasing after Lachie who are these guys? Michelle walks out on a board meeting, Michelle and attempting to find out weather it’s a kidnapping or a arrest, the car has  federal plates, Dean claims if they are spooks start looking under rocks, the guys are australian defense force investigations.

Now Vince is missing all three of the Gallagher’s. Kim needs another rescue.  Dean and Chase are interfering with a army investigation. Dean and Chase run from the investigators.  Now they have a massive issue at a petrol station. Now Lara is trapped. Blake is on scene who he his not at home? Blake is ex rescue. Lara is staying with a patient and Lachie is in there as well.

With the whole thing about to blow in the heat of the moment Lachie and Lara kiss,  Will they both be okay? Dean and Lachie verbally fight and now the fight turns in to a fist fight in the middle of the rescue office.  Lara attempts to quit rescue. Now rescue are locked in a strongroom. Can they attempt a break out? Will Dean and Lachie be able to save them or will they need the help of Blake & or Lara?

Overall: 6/10

Conclusion:  This didn’t keep me on the edge of the seat like the first two series, though the rescues where more intense I’d have liked to have thought before they ended the series, Lara and Dean could’ve been explored some more but that was it clear wasn’t going to happen it ended with the awkward moment of silence at the end.  There was also no special features, this series ended badly, come on only 48 episodes in you could have ended it better than that but that’s your choice. Heidi and Jordan’s relationship was a nice touch,  but flame relatively quick given the tension built up in the last two series.  Cam Jackson was basically written out (I’d have liked to see it extended a bit more, life blood become null and void almost when Cam left), What really happened to Hayden Bradley and LifeBlood it seemed like half way through a season they just disappeared in to thin air and ceased to exist? what the fetch?  I could’ve written a bad ending. The sound quality was superb, good songs where used in the episodes which was good. But seriously what is it with EX SASR/SAS people owning old beaten up grey, white land-cruisers that’s taken a leaf out of the book of Constable Evan Jones when he first arrived at the Mt Thomas Police Station in Blue Heelers. That’s my 2 cents on this any way. I wish I could’ve rated it higher but honestly, I’d have settled for re runs of rush over this any day even packed to the rafters. Another season like this i’d have axed it to.

BandSlam - The Review.


Will William fit in better at his new school than he did in his last school? Will meets Sa5m then meets Charlotte. Will is crushing on Charlotte but is Charlotte crushing on Will also? Charlotte has a interest in Will, and Will has a interest in Charlotte and they both have a interest in Music this could be a match made in heaven you can tell from the start that the movie will revolve around Will and Charlotte. Sa5m is betrayed by Vanessa Hudgens. Will has a drummer with anger management issues will he be able to make this band work? Will has  8 weeks to turm them in to a band a decent band. They need to change their band name can they decide on a band name? Charlotte is teaching Will how to kiss a girl. After the kiss Charlotte states I’m so going to heaven. Sa5m is always reading a book or something.  Will Will mess up his first kiss with Sa5m, Will is attempting to take Sa5m’s book the 5 is silent.  Will now gets a sneak peak of what the band will be up against. will is now crowd syrfing. Will forgot about Sa5m and stood her up as he was at the band thing, Did he blow his massive massive chance with Sa5m, Will is ripped between two girls.  Will is learning that Sa5m can play guitar and also sign, Will Will offer her a part in the band? Charlotte’s Ex is trying to win her back.. Sa5m is decsribing Will as a reflective surface, and comparing him to a mirror.   Will explains Sa5m for their project using a DVD.It’s a attempt to win her back will his attempt work or fail let’s find out how it works. Charlotte shows up in Will’s bedroom. Charlotte’s dad dies which throws things out a bit,  then Charlotte quits the band!  Charlotte now calls Will DWI, which stands for Driving While Intoxicated.  Can Sa5m step up and take Charlotte’s place in Bandslam? Charlotte will she turn up on stage and perform the song and Sa5m be made to stand down or can they both do it.  Now Ben performs the song that Will’s band was playing on playing, now they scramble for one last attempt to save the night and kick some butt!!! Can Will stall long enough for the band to get ready,  now the crowd starts callin’ him DWI,  now he starts saying DWI, do we wanna rock.  WIll band is called I can’t go on, I’ll go on.  Will they win Bandslam?? but will it work with someone posting their video of BandSlam on the popular Youtube site. Is David Bowie going to sign these guys to a recording deal.

Overall 9.4/10

Conclusion: BandSlam is school of rock  meet Camp Rock, it’s different and well acted and has some decent named actors in it, good soundtrack  there’s not much I can say other than that.

Law & Order The 12TH SERIES.

Once again, the  New York’s finest and toughest detectives that deal with some of the most horrific crimes are going through ADA’s like clock work, that’s right they still can’t find a ADA. They are involved with the FBI a few times this series. Cases such as child tariffing and more even a multi-national army contractor suspected of RAPING minors with half of everyone who’s somebody in New York City can Elliot, Benson, Munch and Fin nail this dude? In 24 episodes Law & Order SVU does it again!

Overall - 7.5/10

Conclusion: Special Victim Unit is losing it’s hype for me now. It seems they’ve done everything twice over, some of the story lines are doubling up especially the tv show based prev catcher thing. The crimes are okay but not FRESH, they aren’t keeping me interested which has to say a lot for me. I’ve always loved the  Law & Order franchise but this is really letting me down it doesn’t keep me interested but the actors are awesome it’s well written.  Series 13 isn’t going to keep the ratings high due to the fact we lose Stabler.

Flashpoint Series 3 – DVD TV – REVIEW.


HOT CALL FOR TEAM ONE IS WHEN THE ACTION BEGINS FOR THE GUYS IN THE SRU BUT OF COURSE WE CAN'T FORGET JULES BUT SHE'S ONE OF THE GUYS.

The team sees all the action even their boss Greg Parker takes a couple of bullets this series. Jules reunites with an old friend named Steve who turns out to be a paramedic could some more happen or does Jules still hold a flame Sam or is it Sam having trouble moving on?

A home grown terrorist group working out of a glass factory but one of their insiders calls in the SRU can Team 1 with the assistance of team 4 foil the attack before any of the bombs go off or are life’s going to be lost today?

Now they’ve got a machine gun runner, with Ed's Brother but Ed's brother is not working undercover he is carrying out a personal mission of his own. With these gunrunner’s will the SRU have met their match in the shipping where the SRU team are blind and relying on Ed’s brother.

Basketball hazing, kidnappings, a possible youth serial killer in the making, a father is almost convicted of killing his own baby but is searching for the truth, machine gun runners with a rogue cop who happens to be Ed's Brother.

SRU does profiling as well as SWAT like Action.  These guys are future of policing. Greg meets his son for the first time in over 9 years.  911 operator breaks down while transferring a call to the SRU is there more to this family than there seems security all over the place and fake passports and tons of money in a safe. 

Greg Parker and his team is really getting hung out to dry in this season, and will some dude have the guts to break up the SRU team one. They can't break up the SRU team one this team is too good.

Jules finds her self in a violate hostage situation with one gunmen and the hotshot medic Steve. Can Jules manage to get out and help the SRU from the inside?  Even on there days off the SRU members can't stay out of trouble.  Can Jules and Sam disarm a gunman? 


In the final episode for this series will team one get broken up as they are getting played during re-qualification time for the SRU team One, will we lose some of the team next season? Greg Parker normally does the Psych evaluations but not now, Ed normally runs his own drills but not now Donna does it.  Team one is going to have one hell of a day.  This is far from a routine team re qualification.  But this final episode also shows some of the hardest times for each of the team members on team one. This is marvellous way for an ending to a series.

Once again Canada can rest easy as the SRU have swooped in and saves the day, when things get extreme the police call in SRU team 1 to save the day.

Overall:  9/10

Conclusion: Once again guys who write this thing I owe them a couple of rounds at the pub, they've left us with a cliff-hanger at the end of this series, Flashpoint can eat Rush's dust, to be honest this is so much better than any other tactical show on the air in my mind. The chemistry of the team is great. This season they've really started to develop the characters a lot in this series which is great it's excellent to see how they've started to mould more of a background in to Jules and Sam, but also ED another kid on the way. I can't wait for the 4th series I just hope it doesn't take a year to get released like this one did, the release compared to the time it aired on TV was forever. If you like Rush and Criminal Minds then you'll love Flashpoint not only are they tactical they use profiling to work out there subjects as well.  This is a excellent show and well worth the price tag, it's one I don't regret buying.

Crownies Series 1 Part 2.



Richard had a bad dream, extremely bad dream. Ben slept with Erin. Ben is running a book on a murder case. The crownies are dealing with a major troubled kid, playing creepy freaky games. Tracey sees Richard comforting Tina, physical contact hold her hand.  Ben had a sex dream about PM, (Side Note: Call the PM’s legal team) Richard is going to a gay bar with Tatum’s fiancé.  Ben plays a apple joke on Richard.

Tatum has a case involving the drag queen scene.  Tatum uses an Apple iPad in court.  The honor asks Tatum can you get Facebook on the iPad? Tina turns up at a bar where Richard is, Will Tina Chang still go to court and testify?  Now Rhys and Ben has been put on the AG cases.  Erin walks in on Lina and Andy in the shower. Richard is forced to face up against  his mentor and his hero, all in the one day and he comes out better for it and wins the case.

Tracey over steps the mark again, but that’s nothing new.  Tony brings Tatum’s father in to math on Tatum cutting a deal. Lina and Erin have a fight. The AG case according to the judge is no case to answer, The DPP loses their case. Now David goes to the court of public eyes.  Now Ben has a case that deals with a exorcism. Erin has a blind date with a guy.

Richard got knocked off his bike,and sprained his wrist. 2 guys break in to a Mr Creamy Ice cream van!  Erin is up against  Rhys’s Wife who is pregnant, to make it harder the case is over a dead baby. Ben fights with David Sinclair over cases that he has been getting others to go to court for him. Richard isn’t forced to move out of Tatum’s and Conrad place, he now has his own room. Does Ben really have a future at the DPP? He needs to harden up and get rid of his personal feeling.

Jimmy a reported makes a attempt to ruin a judge’s job, and Julie’s job. Andy and Lina go public!  Ben & Julie are back to sleeping together again, Ben tells Julie that he loves her, considering that they where just meant to be sex buddy that was a big move for Ben.  Some one puts police crime scene tape and police undies in Lina’s office, she blames it on Ben.  Did Tracey stuff something up and now she piles it on to Richard. The AG case is put off for 6 months.

Erin meets the reporter Jimmy and they make out in his car, Jimmy starts saying stuff that reminds Erin of her rape case she had on at work. Richard is forced to pull a all niter after Tracey put a case on his desk with only 1 day to prepare. Erin after her run in with Jimmy, turns up on Ben’s doorstep.  Same day Ben tells Julie he loves her he is making out with Erin. I’m starting to think Richard needs some coffee, to stay awake and now he is riding his bike in the office of the DPP.

Someone stuffed up Tracey’s office will she blame Richard for mucking up her board? Erin finds out that Ben asked Julie out as in Boyfriend Girlfriend.  Richard gets some balls and stands up in front of a the judge that makes him look like a idiot, then Richard threatens to withdraw his instruction from the case, Tony rips Richard  a new.  Jimmy reveals that Erin was the one that showed him the AG file. Richard apologizes to the girl that he crashed in to, when he had a bad day in court, her name is Lisa. Tatum and Ben keep hanging crap on Lina for dating a cop.

They’ve still got Max’s trail the kid that killed his own brother.  Ben calls Erin out on her love life.  A new judge make the Joanne’s sentence 16 years instead of 10 years, 14 with out parole and now Joanne’s attempts to kill her. Max’s judge offer the crown, Jeanette a break if she needs a short one due to her condition (Being pregnant).

Andy meets Lina’s brother they don’t get along. Erin turns up at Jeanette’s place for dinner, Erin gets really drunk and tells Jeanette that she leaked the AG file.  Will Jeanette tell David that it was Erin who leaked the file? Second day running with a hang over. The officer shot was on Andy’s task force, but they don’t weather it is actually Andy. 

Lina runs out in the middle of court when she gets a text from Dylan. Max Gardener’s case is thrown out of court, with a not guilty statement, I’d have thrown the judge out. Andy isn’t dead he is living and not wounded! thanks heavens for that. The AG died before they can get justice  for the victims. Was Julie the one that leaked the file to Jimmy butcher the news reporter, Was Julie once a rape victim or was there something more a hidden motive?

Richard finds out that Lisa has a kid, did he already know? Tatum sets a date for the wedding six months from today’s date, what ever that was in the show. Tatum shows up in Richard’s room and tells Richard that she was grabbed by a prisoner.  Andy and Lina act out the shooting.  Richard stands up to Judge Walker about time, Richard is growing a pair.  Richard kisses  Lisa out side of the court house.


Lisa wants to go back to Richard’s place, one problem Conrad believes that Richard is gay, you could always say he is bisexual. Tony calls Richard a soft C*ck you get the drift.  The case that Richard is handling, the lawyer handling the case, this is his 1st case.  Conrad find straight porn in Richard’s room, Will Conrad speak up? Ben is back on the market. 

Richard still has  to be gay around Tatum & Conrad at home. Andy is coping a little better. Conrad isn’t returning any of Tatum’s calls. Richard cooks dinner, Conrad isn’t talking, well he called Tatum and Richard a bullshitter, Richard lies to Conrad for Tatum.  Erin goes up against Claudia Swan. Richard takes Lisa back to his Tatum’s and Conrad’s house, will he get caught in the act?

Erin has this ATM case, she believes there is more to it than meets the eyes, is she over sighting things? Richard makes friend with Scot a legal aid lawyer. Ben makes out in the office in a conference room.  First thing Conrad says when he busts in on Lisa & Richard is it’s a girl! Lisa believes that Richard is gay now Conrad has chucked Richard out of the house. What game is Erin playing at? Conrad hits Richard and Tatum calls Conrad a prick. Something is up with this ATM machine case, Erin isn’t just over sighting things.

Will Lisa give Richard a second chance? Now Erin is threatened by a person, is that related to her  ATM machine case? Conrad was Tatum’s child hood love, is it all over? Or can Tatum bring her engagement back from the dead with Conrad?   Conrad gets in to a bar fight, let’s call the police who’s desk will the charges turn up on?   Conrad gets one call who will he call, Tatum or someone else? I’m betting Danny her dad, boy I was right, Danny Novak to the rescue!!

Will Erin tell any one about the encounter? David is now forced to cut costs of his department. Richard is paid off by Danny Novak.  David asks Tracey to review reasons for him to fire 3 lawyers. Andy asks Lina to marry him, Lina said No, today as Andy is in a bad place at the moment. Who is getting the axe?  Richard bumps in to Judge Walker in her civilian life. Richard is attempting to give his pay off money away. 

Now the power is cut in Erin’s place, If I was Erin I’d be calling the police.  Lina then changes her answer to YES will Andy  agree? Erin quits the DPP, Now Ben admits to leaking the file. Tony tells David to re fit his office as a confessional booth.  Now David says to sack them both. Erin takes one for the group and leaves the DPP. What will david do with the tapes? I believe he should pass them to the police so that his name is clear. 

Max Gardener ends up dead, his father killed him. Conrad is being charged with assault police. Richard and Tatum’s friendship goes out the window. Richard turns down the Conrad brief, Ben is handed the brief by Tracey. Tatum has a major massive fight with Conrad. Tracey calls Tatum in to her office for a yelling at and then comforts  Tatum. Tatum is angry at Con, as she didn’t know what Con did.  David is getting the squeeze put on him.

 Sinclair takes 1 - 2 months leave stress related and leaves tony in charge.  Tony sends Tracey to court.   Jeanette’s water breaks, only one left to help her is Erin. It turns out that Erin has really driven a manual before! Erin had to stay through the whole birth with Jeanette. Tatum is drinking with Tracey. Richard and Tatum share a kiss, a passionate kiss, extremely passionate.


Overall: 7/10

Conclusion: 

It’s still extremely sexually driven, though the cases are extremely interesting and it’s well acted, I don’t believe this can make up for how sexually motivated the show is interesting. It’s a good quality shooting because it’s one of the very few shows in Australia, made by australian that’s shoot in digital, but even still it’s not worth the money and I don’t believe in the show the first half of show Part 1 was okay but this is down hill I doubt this will return for a second series

Crownies Series 1 Part One.


This follows five young Solicitor out of law school in the Office of Public Prosecutions, but pressure will soon spill in to the private lives and causing Chaos.  It’s starting with a Christmas party, that leads to  some sex and some doing drugs. There personal lives are already getting blurred by their important and crazy life.  Tatum is one of the newest solicitors at the OPP.  Who is the leak in the office.  They  need to find out who leaked the information regarding the attorney general.   Ben is another one working at the DPP.  Richard is a solicitor, who is nervous about his court case it’s his first time, Richard didn’t even have a tie, with a solicitor like this, this guy is bound to get off.  Richard is living in the office at the OPP. Now a terrorist act against a Woolworth's supermarket.  Ben is worried about the police finding his porn.  Tatum’s BF is rich and owns a Lotus exotic sports car. Ben’s grandfather was killed brutally beaten up, Richard is handling the case. Ben identifies the wrong guy in the line up about the killing of his grandfather, his grandfather was a honored and well respected retired police officer, in the new south wales police force. Richard is gay according to Tatum, Richard makes the murder case for Ben’s grandfather now they need to get it in to the court system. Tatum is the rich and spoiled and the engaged sex crazy one.  Also a guy stole from a pornography website and the OPP, can’t even legally charge him, no one is willing to admit to viewing the material.  the 5 under the investigation of leaking the AG file, has now had their internet rights suspended at work, what next will the police plant bugs in the office?  Relationships and working agreements are fierce ion the office and it’s effecting every one. Tony is a drunk and see people and is always off color so to speak.  Tatum and Richard are fighting! Richard is now homeless again and not living in a office. Richard finally evicts the tenant but the tenant leaves him a nasty surprise all over the walls. The cooper trail gets all mucked up, change of judge, change from Tony to Jeanette King (Elvis), Jeanette is a pregnant lesbian. Conrad lends Richard a suite and it gets ripped off in the office by Emelia, Conrad blames Richard’s sexuality crisis on his suite, yet Richard isn’t gay.  Erin is sleeping with a new reporter.  Erin is now having night meres and flashback regarding the bolt cutter babes case. Tracey is the witch around the officer everyones worse nightmare in the office.

Overall: 8.5/10

Conclusion: It relays on sexual reference and sex too much it kind of takes me back to the days of Law & Order SVU with a mix of Grey’s Anatomy. The actors and the stories are very well written cases follow through for more than one episode which is good, it’s keeping the viewers coming back for more. It’s set in Sydney the life of crime which is good. It’s a wonderful show with a good back bone of the show. Crownies keep it fresh I hope it has more than one series.
