NCIS - Nintendo 3DS - EB Games Australia

NCIS - Nintendo 3DS - EB Games Australia

Please note: This isn’t support/recommended and or endorsed by EB GAMES AUSTRALIA. It’s only provided as a link for some where you can purchase the game from. this is a independent review I paid for the game out of my own pocket. My review is only accurate for the NINTENDO 3DS VERSION OF THIS GAME. HOWEVER IT’S ALSO FOR SALE ON WII/PS3/360/PC & iPhone on the apple store.

NCIS 3D - Review.

Any one who wanted to be a probationary agent on Gibbs team? Now you can be a probationary agent. Tony’s sense of Humor hasn’t gone anywhere. In the TV show the coffee run is a vital part of the show, you first meet Very Special Agent Dinozzo, he sends you on the coffee run you muck up he’ll shame you, you get it right choose your own name for the other agents to call you. So work your way through 5 exclusive cases with Gibbs and his team. Now you’ve even got Tony correcting Ziva like they do in the show. The cases are good I’m working my way through the first case. Will Gibb’s rules make it in to the game?

OVERALL: 10/10

Conclusion: Using the Gyro to snap the perfect photos of a crime scene is fairly sweet if you ask me. You can even unlock Gibb’s rules as you play through the five cases! The graphics are awesome as they would be on the 3DS. You play some games that have been knocked off a tv show and they don’t capture the vital parts of the show, the NCIS game captures the vital parts of the TV, Gibb’s rules, Coffee, Abby and Ducky and the investigation. Welcome to the team Probationary agent may your stay be a pleasant one. The in game agents are just like the ones on the TV show life like. I am happy to say it’s a game worth every cent guys. It’s exceeded my expectations of the title. It’s all touch screen controls making the controls bloody awesome. Even ducky getting off track is added in to the game because this has been a close project with those who write the show it’s captured the show perfectly and betrayed in all it’s glory in the game. I believe that the game could have been a bigger hit, if they’ve promoted more but it’s a EB GAME EXCLUSIVE TITLE.

Ridge Racer 3D - Nintendo 3DS - EB Games Australia

Ridge Racer 3D - Nintendo 3DS - EB Games Australia

Please note: This isn't supported recommended or endorsed by EB GAMES, this is only a independent review and EB games has been provided as a reference to where you may buy the actual game.

Ridge Racer - 3DS.

Overall: 6/10

Conclusion: I find this racing game in question way to repetitive, It feels like your doing the same race tracks and they are just getting a little hard each time, the soundtrack is boring and I played it with the volume down, in the day I’ve 10% completed the game which is about 3 hours. the controls are hard you can’t turn sharp corners without have your finger on the drift button, It’s a very awkward game to play and control but of course the picture is good due to the simple it’s a 3DS game, It’s certainly not making it to my top 5.

Amazon.com: Law & Order: Special Victims Unit - The Twelfth Year: Mariska Hargitay, Christopher Meloni: Movies & TV

Amazon.com: Law & Order: Special Victims Unit - The Twelfth Year: Mariska Hargitay, Christopher Meloni: Movies & TV

Please note: Not supported or endorsed by AMAZON, this is a independent review, this is not released in AUSTRALIA, ONLY REGION 1 at the moment. SPOILERS CONTAINED IN REVIEW AS AT TIME OF PUBLICATION TEN ARE ONLY UP TO EPISODE 10.

Law & Order The 12TH SERIES.

Once again, the New York’s finest and toughest detectives that deal with some of the most horrific crimes are going through ADA’s like clock work, that’s right they still can’t find a ADA. They are involved with the FBI a few times this series. Cases such as child tariffing and more even a multi-national army contractor suspected of RAPING minors with half of everyone who’s somebody in New York City can Elliot, Benson, Munch and Fin nail this dude? In 24 episodes Law & Order SVU does it again!

Overall - 8.5/10

Conclusion: Special Victim Unit is losing it’s hype for me now. It seems they’ve done everything twice over, some of the story lines are doubling up especially the tv show based prev catcher thing. The crimes are okay but not FRESH, they aren’t keeping me interested which has to say a lot for me. I’ve always loved the Law & Order franchise but this is really letting me down it doesn’t keep me interested but the actors are awesome it’s well written. Series 13 isn’t going to keep the ratings high due to the fact we lose Stabler.

Alvin and the Chipmunks - Nintendo DS - Preowned - EB Games Australia

Please note: This game review is not recommended or support or endorsed by EB GAMES Australia or any parties affiliated with EB GAMES AUSTRALIA they are only supplied as a responsible reference site.

Alvin & The Chipmunks - Nintendo DS game.

The DS game is based the movie of the same name called Alvin & The Chipmunks. It features hit songs and is well set out.

Overall: 6.5/10.

Conclusion: Alvin and the chipmunks requires a lot of hand and eye co-ordination, it’s suited to a younger person around 6 - 10 years by the setting but it’s more suited to 13 - 16 years of age as you need the hand and eye co-ordination, even I struggled with the game on the easy mode and have I’m a advanced gamer with advanced skills in gaming this a great game but too hard for most gamers in the age that its been targeted at. The graphics are awesome and sound is good, sadly you can’t buy this game new any more so therefore you’ll need to find a second hand copy.

NEED FOR SPEED - HOT PURSUIT - IPHONE VERSION.

Posted on 05:57 by Unknown

PLEASE NOTE: INDEPENDENT REVIEW NOT SUPPORTED OR ENDORSED BY EA OR APPLE ITUNES, these are my own screen shots taken on my iphone the current RPP of the game via itunes store is $5.49 but some times it’s on sale for 0.99cents.

Do you have what it takes to move up the ranks in the iPhone version of Need For Speed Hot Pursuit? Can you cut the mustard? Can you pass muster?

You’ve still got the full support of the police in the police career road block and EMPS and more call them as you need them, remember the motion of you moving the iPhone is what steers the car so it’s touchy, don’t try to play this in a moving train I don’t think you’ll have much luck their guys.

Overall: 10/10

Conclusion: $5.49 isn’t bad for the games when there’s so much to do you can even connect with friends on line  and battle the world let’s take the streets back officers or wreck the streets racers, the police are ready and the racers are ready for havoc it’s a 323 mb download around 500 mbs once installed to the iPhone it’s works with the iOS 5 software with out any hick ups which is good, the graphics are nice and the sound track is awesome as well so it’s one of my top recommended games, it’s got my tick of approval guys. This beats the WII version of the game, but doesn't beat the other platforms of the game.

Amazon.com: CSI: NY - The Seventh Season: Gary Sinise, Sela Ward: Musical Instruments

Amazon.com: CSI: NY - The Seventh Season: Gary Sinise, Sela Ward: Musical Instruments

Please note: this is only for purchase via US, also SPOILER ALERT AUSTRALIAN TV IS ONLY UP TO EPISODE 4.

CSI NY - THE 7TH SERIES.

First Episode they’ve got a dead body in the lab, and Lindsay gets a commendation for the shooting of Shane Casey. Now we’ve got Adam Ross, witnessing a murder in the lab from a computer screen, he needs to race against the clock to solve a crime is the crime even in New York? Mac has to call in Jo, Flack and Hawke’s back in to the lab out of the words of Adam. In this second episode they use iPads to generate music which just show cases how the iPad really works. This Jo is really a piece of work assisting Adam in recovering memories. It’s nothing new to CSI NY, to have a murder involving a virtual internet world. Jo connects with a active duty marine on the site lookingatyou or lookingatu however they spell it, Mac also tried out look at you. Can mac and the team save Adam?? A exploding bullet gets Dr. HammerBack in his own morgue, but he’ll live, New York City has a sniper on the loose can Mac and his team catch the sniper before he racks up a ton of bodies. In Hide Sight, another case comes back to Detective Mac Taylor, Mac keeps getting haunted by his past cases. Mac is one detective with a good past in this show, they’ve done a really good background one him once again. The episode scared stiff will the body wake up on Dr Hammerback or is there a different reasoning behind the title other than she’s in a unique pose for a DB. Lindsay seeing ghosts in the middle of central park is her mind playing tricks on her? will Science get the better of Lindsay, I’m starting to think this might have been their Halloween episode. Now the Mac and Jo’s team need to race the against the clock and collect the evidence before it’s destroyed by the rain. There’s a lot of things from the past happening again this season. Now shots fired at the CSI lab is going to make for one hell of a gripping episode will we need to call in ESU, or will mac and his team be armed at the hilt and ready to prepare a takedown? Mac risks his life to save Lindsay once a marine always a marine. Will any one die for the shoot out can they catch him is it Raymond Harris coming back to taunt Mac and His team. Can mac work out if there’s a problem with this arrest and Bill Hunt, which was Mac’s TO, Training Officer. Now Mac’s in a car accident and is in a shootout with Raymond Harris who has a SMG and mac is only armed with a small glock handgun. Now Mac is out of bullets in the glock and needs to use a six shoot revolver with only 4 bullets in the barrel. The finale starts off in a black and white sepia type look, Mac now tries to solve his last unsolved case. Will mac succeed in solving his last unsolved case? They shoot the guy who took the girl now, Madison, well Olivia is holding Mac and some cops at gun point, can they get a safe result or will they need to do a lethal takedown.

Overall: 10/10

Conclusion: I really missed Stella this series but I’m sure Jo will liven up a bit and add some flavor to the show when you think about Stella is the second original cast member to leave CSI NY. Jo wears a cross, and is certainly a character but she’s something fresh to the show no real complaint here, Sela Ward is a great actor, I remember her from back in the days of House. Jo use to work for the FBI now she’s jumped to the NYPD. I’m loving this series new addition to the cast more greats stories and a lot of the past returning to series 7, Shane Casey gone for good. Alot of macs old cases are coming to haunt him is this good or bad? There’s been a bit of growth for Lindsay and Danny this series she needed to overr come the shooting of Shane Casey and the lost of Stella as she ventured to the Boston Crime Lab, and also the writer’s taunt us with the fact that Lindsay might be pregnant as in one of the later episodes she’s really really hungry, but then when Danny turns back she’s responds my “I’m not pregnant just really hungry”. David J Elliot addition as a guest as Russ a FBI agent, Jo’s ex husband was a nice touch I loved him as Harm Rabb on JAG for those of you who remember the JAG tv series. I loved this whole series but yet again I always love my CSI Ny’s so that’s no shocker for the regulars of my blog. So final conclusions, excellent well worth the import if you love CSI NY.

Amazon Kindle iPhone Application Review.

Posted on 22:14 by Unknown
Please note: I’m unable to provide a external link for the application you’ll need to search it in the search feature of the iTunes store it’ll come up with the phase “Amazon Kindle” instantly. You’ll need a visa debit, or mastercard or visa card in order to buy books from the Amazon Kindle Store. for legal notifications and other purposes detailed information can be found at www.amazon.com

Amazon Kindle -

The Amazon Kindle is the famous E-reader one of the most sold e-readers on the market to day worldwide. Now let’s take a look at the iPhone 4 software for the Amazon Kindle.

The Amazon Kindle e-reader software is now a iPhone application and a very handy one that at, ever wanted to read that book but don’t have the room in the bag? Don’t worry that room in the bag doesn’t need to take up more room than your phone. With most of the books under $9.99 they are cheaper than new and sometimes cheaper than second hand books with the software being American you get access to books that we can’t buy on the shelfs in Australia (Such as Royal Pains based on the hit tv show, CSI based on the tv show and many many more.), you may highlight  and book mark the pages, and you can save as many books as you need to providing the iPhone doesn’t run out of memory.

Overall - 8/10

Conclusion: It’s kinda lame that they’ve removed the purchasing from inside the application two updates ago they removed the purchasing from within the application which means you need the amazon application on your iPhone another useless application to take up MBs if you don’t shop with Amazon other than the Kindle store.  You can even search for a certain line, word or phase in a book if you need to which is also a fairly handy feature I find when you need to use it.

Buy Big Ones Greatest Hits V1 Lee Kernaghan, Country, CD | Sanity

Please Note: Sanity is only as a reference, this review has not been paid, recommended or endorsed by Sanity or Lee Kernaghan.

This Album includes 20 of Lee Kernaghan's best.

Lee Kernaghan is one of Australia's very popular and best country music artists his music is very family friendly and the whole family can enjoy this album.

Track #19 - Missin' Slim, Written about one of Australia's Biggest Country Music Legends called Slim Dusty but also known by many as the man with the hat turned down in front. It conveys the heartfelt sadness that many of Australian's felt on that sad day in 2003 of the announcement that took Australia by shock the death of Slim Dusty.

Track #6 - Leave Him In The Longyard, It's a duet recorded with Australian Iconic country music singer Slim Dusty. The two voices mix nicely in this track. Leave Him In The Longyard will always be a Australian classic.

These are my two favorites tracks on this album, but there are by far a heap of great songs on this album. If your not a Lee Kernaghan fan after listening to this album, you certainly will be.

This review is also published on iTunes.
